Just Do It Guys!
It's a good product. I appreciate the sufficient coverage of the shield and the moisture wicking and the fit is definitely satisfactory. I am happy with the product as this is my third order. And, I just put it on an automatic, two month order cycle, too. However, it would be great if the top adhesive part of the shield had a little better adhesive. Otherwise, just get over it guys and order these shields. You'll be so glad you did!

First incontinence product? Me too.
If you're like me, this is the first product you try after prostate surgery. The doctor didn't tell me to expect urinary incontinence, but it quickly became clear I would have to do something. My research and decision were made on my own, without anyone's guidance. I'm only 51 and although I'm not athletic, I'm active with home projects, building fences and such.MY FEARS:That it would make a "crinkle sound" like a baby's diaper. No, it doesn't make any noise. That it would be too bulky. No, it's basically unnoticeable unless you're thinking about it.That it would slip around. No, there's an adhesive strip for the inside of your underwear and it not only sticks well, but is also easy to remove (You need briefs or boxer briefs -- Boxers won't work very well.)That it would be uncomfortable against my skin. No. It actually does feel like cotton, not only when it's "fresh" but also if it gets wet. That it would smell. No it doesn't. More on that below.IN SHORT: This was right for me and I was surprised how well it works while solving all the problems. I briefly considered a urinary clamp but I now realize that would have only resulted in my urethra being pressurized like a balloon, which would hurt me so soon after surgery. Plus clamps have plastic bits that can poke you.Personally, I change it promptly if it catches any urine at all. But I knew there would be times I may find myself stuck somewhere without the ability to change it after an incident, so I NEEDED to know how it would hold up. There was only one way to find out: I sat in it wet for a few hours, with my own urine. (Hey, judge me if you will, but now I can tell you what we BOTH wanted to know.) No, it will not get unworkably heavy, bulky, or smelly after one occurrence of about 2 tablespoons. Of course, if it's fully saturated that would change. But for me a single incident is about 2 tablespoons and I just need it to contain one, or maybe 2 incidents with absolute confidence. This will do that. For absorbancy/thickness choice, I guessed right for my situation so I'll describe that. I got the "moderate absorbancy" guards, which cover the front only with adhesive for the underwear. In my case, I get VERY SUDDEN urinary urgency where I have to expel within 30 seconds, and if I'm not quick enough, without these enough would soak through my underwear either creating a small visible spot on my jeans or a single trail down my leg.In the worst situations, this COULD contain a young persons' full bladder, but then it would be completely saturated -- You would then want to leave the room promptly but it would have saved you any embarrassment.Dude... Don't worry about a stupid stigma. You know what's happening and that's your business. This works. It's comfortable. Nobody will know, and it doesn't make you look like you've got a big ass. You really can forget about it when it's on.In fact, I was surprised to find a positive benefit. If you're a guy who's always had an issue with sweat and itchiness in that area, this actually helps with that... quite a bit! (Especially if you ride motorcycles.) I'm actually more comfortable than ever just for this reason... I'm not even kidding.

Incontinent pads
Have used this product for 5+years. Good value for the money, price fluctuates more than I would like. Quality is good, fits well, comfortable. Absorbency is great with little odor.

Excellent Pads!!
I used Depends Gaurds for several years following prostate surgery. I saw the Tena pads on Amazon and decided to try them. These are excellent pads! They are comfortable and provide an expanded area of coverage compared to the Depends. I wish I had found them long before this.

Keep me dry with reduced chance of a leak
They are not perfect but they work much much better than Depends. Depends is much narrower which has resulted in leaks. They are wider and reduce the chance of a leak. They are durable and easy to use. They keep me dry.

For the moment there's not a lot of competition and this is one of the few options
This is a good product. It just lacks adhesive on the spots that matter the most. I'd rather purchase tenna maximum guard then spend $25 for a pair of underwear that practically does the same thing, unfortunately, they're not a lot of choices for men and this is one of them for the moment. It is the most effective next to wearing a pull-up I'm hoping competition forces them to improve this product. It's a good product. It just needs to be tweaked so that it's more effective. Yes I would buy this product again but if there was a competitor to fix those adhesion points I would switch. When you lose those blue points, your clothes end up wet product slides around in your pants and depending on which direction your body flows it's a mess so take your time and practice what works for you your situation?

THESE ARE PERFECT PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY!!
Ok for someone who never writes reviews I felt like I needed to this time. Long story short I had prostate cancer in 2012 and have had bladder issues after radiation ever since. Not bad but needed a fix as anyone that has an issue will tell you. The first thing I tried was depends underwear. They worked but overkill , expensive, and for me and was a little embarrassing around my girlfriend. I then tried depends pads and they worked but they were bulky and agin maybe overkill and they leaked out the sides. Then switched to depends thin pads, easy to pack on trips but they leaked out the sides and I felt like I needed just a little more maybe somewhere in the middle between the light and heavier pads but with some of leak protection on the sides. Depends had no options here. Thats when I discovered these. Perfect pad size, small flaps on the side so there is no side leakage and they keep me dry all day. I would give these for my situation 5 stars! They are the perfect all around protection without going overboard and they are also easy to pack on trips. Will continue with these absolutely! You can carry extra ones on those days if needed in case of accidents.

Very pleased/highly recommended
Buying these to aid in my recovery theyโve become my overall favorite go-to pad. My needs are finally minimal but coming off another top brandโs max protection that was a bit bulky I quickly jumped to these finding they were pretty capable even for my higher needs. These are very soft so much so that you donโt really feel them. I chose these also because they have wings that are wider than most-a need for my fitโฆmight not be a concern for you but never hurts to have the extra coverage. Iโve had zero leaks with these and only good results to report. Adhesive is perfect. Price is reasonable. Lots of other great reviews which helped lead me to these. Highly recommend!!!

Did the job after prostrate surgery
This product was used after my prostrate surgery while healing from my operation. I wore these pads daily which were very absorbent , easy to install and remove. The sticky tape on the pads was very helpful while positioned in my underwear and did not move. Very light weight pads and no smell after leakage which was most surprising . Great product and price point

Tena product.
There is not a problem with the product ,but when ordering from Amazon you expect next day delivery as promised BUT the order was given to Hermes to deliver and we are still waiting for the product to arrive. The date for delivery was 31/8/26 ,now it is 3/9/26.This is not good enough especially when it is a sanitary product.

Reliable and Comfortable Protection
The Tena Male Guards are a reliable choice for light incontinence protection. They are comfortable to wear and provide good absorbency throughout the day. The adhesive backing keeps them securely in place, and theyโre discreet enough that you can wear them without worrying about bulkiness.I appreciate that the pack is eco-friendly, though it would be great if there were even more sustainable packaging options. Overall, they do the job well and offer good value for the quantity provided. A solid choice for those who need daily protection.
