Monk Fruit Extract - 25X Sweeter Than Sugar (3oz, 566 servings)

I use this product in my coffee every morning with some unsweetened Silk Soy Milk. I love this sweetener more than any other I have ever used (Except Sugar of Course, which I can't use as I am diabetic). And it's an all natural product, which I love. Don't purchase Monk Fruit Extract with Erythritol though, as it will cause stomach issues with many people. Buy one that doesn't have that in the ingredients. I cannot recommend this product any more as it allows me to enjoy things that I once couldn't. I doesn't change my glucose reading one bit. This one is a definite BUY!

Finally, a sweetener that actually tases reasonably good even straight out of the jar. I just have grow accustomed to measuring it. So now my preferences are 1 raw sugar, 2 honey 3 agave syrup , 4 maple syrup & #5 is Monk Fruit extract. I'll still do corn syrup in a pinch. This comes with a teeny tiny measuring cup. It 'lacks the metallic after taste of stevia & almost all artificial sweeteners. It smells & tastes vaguely like Jack fruit. It mixes well in cold liquid & I don't notice any taste in cranberry juice & apple cider in seltzer or the rocks, just added sweetness.

Product delivered is well represented in the amazon add. Comes with it's own measuring scoop to aid with use of the concentrated sweetener. have used in a number of servings, potency / ability to sweeten with the very small amount is also as advertised. We are pleased to have a zero calory sweetener without the un-pronounceable chemical substances normally packaged with monk fruit. Consistency of the sweetener is more powder like, not crystals other product sold that attempt to mimic granular suger.

This is a great sweetener and dissolves quickly in a hot brew. Ingredients are good, price is right - but be warned - it is VERY sweet! If you purchase this you will have to experiment with the right amount to use in hot coffee or tea.

It is actually sweet and can be a nice alternative to sugar, depending on what you're using it for. I've added it to my granola that has a wide variety of flavours so it masked the weird aftertaste that you'll taste if you taste it in its own. I did get the weird aftertaste when I added it to a pretty plain herbal tea though. So my advice is to use it in something that has a string flavour to mask that and you should be good to go. I tend to use 4-5 of the tiny scoop per granola and tea just to give it a little sweetness. I think it's good value for money for the amount of uses I can get out of it

Muy buen sabor y aroma, se siente un toque frutal al endulzar te e infusiones, rinde muy bien, cuesta disolver en bebidas frías, recomiendo calentar una pequeña cantidad del liquido y disolverlo allí y luego agregarlo a la bebida fria Very good flavor and aroma, it has a fruity touch when sweetening tea and infusions, it goes a long way, but it's difficult to dissolve in cold drinks. I recommend heating a small amount of the liquid and dissolving it there, then adding it to the cold drink.

Received this superfast. Loved the little container and the scoop attached (sealed tightly) to the side of the container. The container is very delicate and well-made. I held my teaspoon against it in the picture so you can get an idea of the relative size. Once you open the lid, there's an sealing foil underneath that. Be careful while taking it off bc the powder is VERY fine and can spill out or you can get it all over your face/hands, etc. The instructions on the side of the container say that one scoop = one tsp, but to me it feels like one scoop = two tsps. It's THAT sweet. This has no erythritol and the container says that. I mixed one scoop into my coffee, and to be honest, it was too sweet for me, but I'm used to not having any sweeteners in my coffee/tea etc. I did have a slight sense of discomfort in my upper abdomen while I was drinking it, and didn't finish the cup. So I don't know... I will try it again this weekend and do an update. EDIT: I gave this to a friend who tested it and loved it and experienced no stomach discomfort. I didn't like the aftertaste and it was just too sweet for me aside from the slight wierdness I felt in my tummy.
