As a toddler's mom, I don't have much time to prepare a whole breakfast and this Museli is perfect option. It is high in protein ,as it's one serving Helps me to achieve 1/3rd of my protein intake. Its is budget friendly too. I am really loving it's texture and taste. It has bunch of seeds and nuts which is really good for health, that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Totally worth of money.

I would say price wise it is economical and the best part is that ingredient list is good. The thing I did not like is its taste. I would my homemade dalia is 9/10 in taste and it is 4/10 in taste for me. Also there is some added sugar in the form of saccharides
