I bought this for my Switch mostly. I haven’t used it for other devices yet. I like the solid case feeling but heavier than I thought. USB-C port is rated at a 30W output and PD feature. It charged as fast as usual even though I'm playing it and kept my Switch at 100% until disconnect. I will bring it to charge my phone and switch on Thanksgiving shopping. Hopefully, it won’t let me down since it cost me a lot. Btw, I am surprised when I opened the box. It made me feel like it is an iPhone inside LOL. very thoughtful to have a 2 in 1 USB-C cable, too.

**UPDATE** 18 July 2019: had the battery pack charged to 100% , plugged my phone in to charge (which was at 64%), and once my phone charged up to 79%, the battery pack shut off and would not turn on again. wasted money on this battery pack. do NOT recommend buying. wish i could return this. I don't typically write reviews unless I am extremely happy/impressed with a purchase, or the exact opposite. And in this case, I am extremely disappointed. I purchased this battery pack for my 7 month naval deployment so that I can charge my electronics like my phone, ipad, and a little USB fan to keep me cool at night. Since my deployment started only 3 months ago, I have used this charger approximately 10 times. At first I was loving it. Two weeks ago, I used it to charge my phone and power the fan I talked about for 3 days straight, took the power from 100% down to 81%. "I love this thing!", I thought. Plugged it in to recharge it back to 100%, and it took 4 full days. I was confused. Then just last night, I used it to power that little fan and charge my phone while I slept (phone was only down to 80-something percent) for 6 hours. When I woke up, I realized my fan wasn't running like I expected. I checked the power on the battery and it would not turn on. I thought this was extremely strange. Went to go plug it in to the wall to charge it, and it first flashed "188%", then showed 41% and charging. Why the heck would the battery drain that quickly over a 6 hour period? The fan barely takes any power, and the phone was at 80%. Long story short, this is not a good battery pack. I have a different Zendure battery pack (Model A8QC, 26800mAh) that works just fine, and I would switch between the two battery packs. When 1 would drain, I would charge that one and use the other, until that one would drain, and so on. Poor product Zendure. I think I will pay the money and start using Anker products.

Charges my IPhone over five times. Although I wish I would have known about the new battery that charges to 100% within an hour and I think it charges a IPhone at least 10 times per the Zendure Website....

Bought for my iphone x and mac Bought this power bank for my new iphone X since it could charge 50% in 30 minutes. It does work and charge my iphone so much faster than the original charger. Rarely seen 5 ports output in the market, anker or ravpower has 3 mostly. A great feature I loved for our group when we participate the couple days exhibition. However, I wish it could have more usb-c fast charge ports. Beyond that, it fits my expectation so far. Nice number screen, hard shell case,and 2 in 1 USB cable. Hopefully it is durable enough for couple years.

Recharging ext battery from ac/usb combo outlet and Apple OEM cube charger is extremely slow. 4% took 5-6 hrs. Recharging using a laptop is much faster 20% in 1 hr. Considering returning due to this limitation

After using for the first time, it dies. No longer working. I know it’s a very famous brand. However this is what I have experienced with it.

if you used 3 devices same time that will be slowly charge because the discretion not clear

This Powerbank has one USB C Input/Output plus four USB 2 Outputs. I've been using it to charge my 2015 MacBook which it does with ease along with 1 to 4 USB 2 devices. It has a LED display showing the charge level. As well as charging my MacBook it can also take power from the MacBook if desired. It has a low power mode that enable it to charge devices that take a relatively small USB 2 current. It is very well constructed and comes with a short USB C to USB C cable with an adaptor on one end for USB 2. It has pass through charging capability meaning that will being charged over USB C you can use it to charge USB 2 devices. Highly recommended.

Buenas noches amigos de Amazon. Compre esta bateria porque me la paso en el monte donde no tengo donde enchufar nada con electricidad. Primeramente la cargué y tardó practicamente entre 15 y 20 hras. con un cargador de 48 W. Posterior la he ido utilizando llegando a 6 descargas completas para Sanmsung S 7. La batería nunca ha llegado a términos finales. La he seguido cargando y utilizando y me siento a gusto. No es un Ferrari que es lo que todos deseamos pero funciona bien como acumulador de energía con 26.800 aMh. Da suficiente para 3 a 4 dias sin tocar enchufes dependiendo del uso que se haga. Es decir personalmente le doy mi aprobación y la recomiendo para personas que tengan esta dependencia . Te saca la pata del barro. Muy importante el cable que vayas a usar. Que sea de alta velocidad de transmisión. No vale cualquiera. También te recomiendo para el coche un cargado de 34 W con buen cable notarás la diferencia. En telefono aparece carga rapida. Die beste Powerbank, die ich je hatte. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Ob es die Ladeleistung, die Robustheit, das P-L-Verhältnis ist: Das Ding ist einfach toll. Den Namen Zendure sollte man sich merken. Einziges Manko ist die permanente und ziemlich grell leuchtende Anzeige. Man kann sie nicht abstellen, obwohl sie eine Taschenlampe ersetzen könnte. Wer weiß, vielleicht soll sie es ja auch.😁

I purchased this power pack because it was supposed to be the best but after few uses it stopped working. Now I have to go through the Amazon return process. Other makes seem to be better so I would avoid Zendure for now on.
