Its ingredients are not for repair The result u get is temporary dont use until prescribes it will do more bad than good . It will brighten your skin yes but after u stop using it al that will be gone . It is a marketing gimmic donot fall for it U can use it in extreme cases when ur derm or any doctor recommend this otherwise dont use it if u are self diagnosing
