NutraBio Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder Supplement, Unflavored, (500 g) - Supports Bulk Muscle Energy, Recovery, and Strength - HPLC Tested Creatine Powder Supplement for Men and Women

I have been using creatine for years, and NutraBio has officially become my go-to brand. If you are tired of gritty powders that don’t dissolve or supplements filled with mysterious proprietary blends and artificial junk, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for. Here is why this stands out in a crowded market: Flawless Mixability: Because it is truly micronized, the powder is as fine as powdered sugar. It dissolves beautifully in just plain water or a protein shake. No leftover sand or sludge at the bottom of the shaker cup! 100% Pure & Transparent: NutraBio is legendary for their full-label disclosure. This is literally just pure, pharmaceutical-grade creatine monohydrate. No fillers, no excipients, and no artificial sweeteners. Plus, it's 3rd-party lab tested so you actually know you're getting what you paid for. Zero Stomach Discomfort: Standard creatine can sometimes cause mild bloating or cramping, but I have experienced absolutely zero digestive issues with this micronized version. It is incredibly gentle on the stomach. Truly Unflavored: When they say unflavored, they mean it. You can stack this with your favorite pre-workout, BCAAs, or morning juice, and it won't alter the taste at all. Pro Tip: Creatine doesn't need a fancy "loading phase" to work. Just take one 5-gram scoop consistently every single day (even on rest days) with plenty of water, and you'll see great results in your strength and muscle recovery within a few weeks! NutraBio delivers top-tier quality at a very reasonable price point. I’m incredibly happy with my strength gains since switching to this brand. Highly recommended!

This is excellent quality creatine and great value for the money. I appreciate how easy this dissolves and that it has no taste.

I selected this brand and I am now on my second container. What I really like is the complete lack of flavor and easy dissolvability. Creatine has been used as a supplement for decades and has been clinically proven to work. I am a senior citizen who tried it because over time I noticed I was losing strength. In particular, I was not able to complete as many repetitions of my weights, push-ups, and pull-ups. Since I started creatine I have definitely noticed the difference. It has rolled the clock back for me. One of the other reasons I tried it was because I was getting more muscle and tendon strains. There is some evidence to suggest creatine can help with this. So far so good. Subjectively, I would say I suffer less from muscle and tendon strains. I had read that creatine can initially cause a small weight gain and this was also true for me. It is not due to muscle growth, but fluid retained in the muscles. I plan to keep using creatine and in particular this brand.

I've tried several brands of creatine and this one has worked the best. The key is to stay consistent. Even on your days off from exercising. I'm pushing 50 and since adding in creatine to my daily routine has helped tremendously. It's clean with no fillers and mixes easily. There are several brands out there that say they're pure, but once you read the ingredients you tend to find they're not. I would give it five stars if they offered this in travel packs. I do travel for work so it would be nice for on the go.

Great product, already ordered numerous times! Good ingredients without a smell

Great Quality

like the micronized texture because it works well for smoothies. It's like it evaporates

I’ve only been using this regularly for about a week now. So I’m not sure how effective it’s going to be yet. What this review basically focuses on, is the taste and texture of this product. I have had no luck in getting it to completely dissolve in any beverage of any temperature. Very cold liquid seems to be the hardest for it to dissolve in. It also does have a bit of a taste. So it isn’t good in certain situations. It has a slight bitter taste which is of course, most noticeable in plain water.

He probado de varios tipos de creatinas y está a Sido la mejor, la recomiendo!!
