I've been avoiding buying this type of rope because of how cheap they are and I didn't think the quality would be good and it wouldn't give me a very good workout.... I was wrong. Quality seems really good it's very lightweight so it won't work your shoulders and forearms like a weighted rope but if your looking to warm up before a session or have a good cardio workout then I'd recommend this product.. I skip barefoot and this rope doesn't hurt as much as some of the other ropes I've had when it catches my toes Really wish I brought one of these sooner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ok rope, not for me, but certainly made well and sonw will like it.

Overall it seems good and durable, just arrived today so I can't say for sure, but you can tie the edge before the handles if it is too long for you, it much better for me like that, than the fancy wire ones where you just adjust the max length and they re moving when you skip, terrible skipping ropes.. Overall, since I m skipping a lot I have tried every kind of rope, this the kind that suits me and I think it's not bad for beginners, but you can do fast skipping and double unders easily as well. For a complete amateur I think a heavy one is better since you can feel the feedback from the rope.

It is very durable and is very easy to use. It comes in a nice container and it is very easy to pack away and take with you. It did come with green handles, but that really didn't bother me.

Bought this with all good intentions to get back to fitness... I haven’t even used it yet but i know it’s a great item and worth the money!

Ich habe mir dieses Springseil gekauft, um mehr Möglichkeiten für mein persönliches Training zu haben. Zuallererst macht dieses Springseil was es soll. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass mir die Griffe hierbei nicht so ganz liegen, diese könnten ein wenig angenehmer/ergonomischer sein. Insgesamt ist es aber ein gutes Trainingstool; für den Preis von 5,99€ (Stand: 08.07.2021) kann man hier definitiv nichts falsch machen
