Great Shirt
There are a few things my favorite shirts have in common: 1. They have a nice weight to the fabric 2. They are not cut to short where they won't stay tucked i 3. They have a visible quality and construction. These Carhart Heavyweight T-shirts (Reg or Henley, I have both) fall in that spot like few other shirts. I'm 6'3" @214 lbs and the X-Large fits a little loose until it goes thru the wash a couple of times, then it's perfect. Note that I don't like tight shirts so it is still not snug anywhere. Love these shirts!!!! IMHO the only comp to these shirts is something from LL Bean or Dickes. 5 Stars IMHO.

Fits as described
This shirt is exactly as described. I am 6'2" and weigh 230 pounds. It fits me perfectly with a crew neck t-shirt underneath. I do not like tight fitting shirts and this fits loosely, without being baggy. The material is not thin and feels to be of good quality.

Great quality. They either run just a touch small, or more likely I run a touch fat.

All my Carhartt shirts are 3xl but these two Henley shirts are really long, like past my finger tips and crotch in my jeans. I will probably return and get 2xls.
