A superb Mattress cleaner. !! Delay in delivery condoned. Comes in the original cartoon well protected by thermocol support. The cartoon contains: 1. The Vacuum Cleaner 2. Power cord adequate lenght 3. A spare Hepa filter 4. Cleaning Brush 5. Instruction manual The vacuum cleaner is a bit heavy to handle and is a bit tiring for prolonged use. But it is simply fantastic in cleaning. The red light illuminates on detecting dust mites and turns blue when the area is cleaned. Gives you a deeply satisfying feeling. The ultra violet light and the hot air presumably is doing its job in sanitizing. A lot of muck came out from a supposedly clean Mattress and am sure that a major portion of the dust mites are gone. Will regularly sanitize my mattresses every fortnight. The power cord plug is two pin. The female plug that goes into the device needs to be secured by the plastic retainer as shown. The Dust container is made of plastic is fragile and needs careful handling. Do not drop or may Crack. Cleaning is a breeze. Very impressed and satisfied with its performance. Much costlier than the myriad Brands out there but worth the cost. Strongly recommended.

Excellent product by Jimmy. It does its job fantastically. Our beds and sofas are niw dust and mite free. There is immediate improvement in our over all cleannes at home. Its very powerful and the dust sensor works accurately. No regret whatsoever. But after every 2 hours its apt to keep it clean while unloading the dust unit.

The amount of dust it takes out from a 2 day old bedsheet, which looks clean from naked eye, is unbelievable. Very powerful machine. Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Today itself I have received the product. After my first use I can say that it’s definitely sucks huge amount of dust from the mattress. Attached sample pictures to show the amount of dust it absorbed from my 7 years old mattress after 1 use. Cons: 1. Don’t have service centre available in India. At least not mentioned on their website or anywhere else. One extra HEPA filter provided with the product but not where to purchase from the next time onwards. Same for the other spare parts as well like roller brush and other filters. It’s too early to say about the effectiveness on my health and also about its longevity.

I recently bought this mattress vacuum cleaner and I’m really impressed with its performance. It is very effective and removed a surprising amount of dust from my mattress, sofa, pillows, and carpets. It collects even the fine, invisible dust that regular dusting, sweeping, or mopping cannot capture, helping make the environment truly dust-free. The suction is strong and efficient, and it easily pulls out deep-seated dust. I especially like how it targets small and fine particles that usually go unnoticed. Compared to big vacuum cleaners used for general cleaning and mopping, this one is much better for focused deep cleaning of fabrics and upholstery. It’s compact, easy to use, and delivers excellent results. I highly recommend this product for all Indian households. Very effective and totally worth it!

The product is okay, the price is too high to justify the product. The cord length, build quality, suction power etc is okay. It is heavy and gets hard to clean the sofas.

The vacuum cleaner does the job and the cleaning performance is decent. But, the packaging during delivery was poor, which was disappointing. The power input plug feels loose (they provide a support cap but it's tricky to attach). It’s also a bit heavy and heats up quickly during use. Overall, it works fine, but these issues could definitely be improved.
