Great Histamine Reducer
This one is great for helping reduce histamine effectively. It's a great supplement for those with MCAS as it works well. It has no taste that I have noticed and is an easy supplement to take.

Works well for medical purposes
We buy this regularly from Amazon and other sources. It's not blended with bromelin so that's a big plus. It's a high quality item. Since I'm not a doctor, and can't give medical advice, I won't comment on what we take it for but it does work. If you look up uses on the internet and think it will work for you, this is a great supplement.
