Do you just put them on top of the braces or can i only just used this colorful rubber bands?

you just put them on top of the braces, and it can be used for fixing bracket

I don’t think so as they are quite tough and not easily broken but I can’t guarantee it

I'm not 100% sure the size but they are about the same size as the ones the use at the orthodontist.

If your orthodontist does not have the color you want, can I buy these and bring them with me when I change the color or do I put them on myself?
