Good and healthy option, but definitely not 1:1 sugar ratio
Clean and healthy product, especially for diabetics. Minimal aftertaste with drinks and puddings and none with baked goods. Behaves well in baking. The reason I went for allulose with monkfruit blend was to achieve a more potent sweetness with less quanitiy compared to only allulose sweeteners and that's mainly for health reasons. However, my experience was not as expected. I bought this product twice (each weighed 907g) over the course of 4 months! So definitely not the best value for money in terms of time to use. I mainly use it for baking and I only make a batch of 6-8 muffins around once a week. I just hope it was more cost efficient. I'm gonna try the golden blend this time, hopefully it is truelly a bit sweeter than this one.

Quick review -just on aftertaste and bitterness. I will not 'cook' with this product, so no comment on that. I have tried several monk fruit products, but it appears 'pure' Monk fruit always has that bitter taste, like a bitter maple syrup. They are saying stay away from Monk fruit with Erythritol -bad for health-but eliminated the bitter aftertaste. Monk fruit with Allulose they say is safe, may even help the body. I just tasted all three products side by side-pure (bitter taste) with Erythritol (no bitter aftertaste) sweetest of the 3, but health concerns, and this product with allulose... No bitter aftertaste at all, have to use a little more than the one with Erythritol -but no bitter aftertaste at all. This will be my go to Monk fruit until they can come up with a pure form with no aftertaste. This packet is huge :) will last forever.

Great taste. I had to limit my intake to no more than 6 tsps per day. For some folks like me it will cause digestive/abdominal problems. I absolutely love it in my coffee.
