DIY rather than pay for installation of your brake controller
If you have a factory installed tow package on your tow vehicle get this (or the appropriate one for your vehicle). Plug and play and NO labor intensive wiring. Installed my brake controller in 15 minutes. This fits my 2023 For Explorer.

Makes install of trailer brake controller simple
Was plug and play for 2007 Ford f150 pickup. Only had to install relay in fuse box to get trailer brakes working, could not have been easier. Nice heavy duty rooting and solid plugs that lock in place as they should when connected. Easier and cheaper than making it hardwired.

It lit when I hooked it up!
It definitely doesn't have the exterior quality or fine adjustability of more expensive models but it powered up when installed, so we'll see how it goes.
