Good quality raw peanuts
I'm very impressed with the quality of Purima's raw peanuts. It's my first time purchasing it, and intend to buy again in the future. To season, I soak 750g of rinsed raw peanuts in a little salted warm water overnight before roasting in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius, constantly tossing every 10 - 15mins, to ensure even-roasting of the peanuts. For about 30 mins. Once cooled, they're nice and crispy. I store the roasted peanuts in a glass bottle. To decant small portions to snack on 😋.

Worked well in making my own homemade peanut butter
Thought I would get some peanuts to try making my own homemade peanut butter. After washing them and cooking in the oven, blending them was easy enough and I ended up with some nice oh natural peanut butter. They were also nice to eat on their own and they gave a couple of handfuls to the birds.
