One month or so. I can't recommend it highly enough. My teeth look so much better and I haven't gone to a dentist for years. I am a coffee drinker but I don't smoke

Never ever noticed that. I've been using Blanx for probably 10 years now, yet I only use it twice a week now I'm older, as these high whitening tooth pastes are detrimental to your enamel as you age, but I've only ever had positive results with this brand.
