I love this supplement, it definitely helped with my menstrual and this was also another supplement I took to get pregnant.

I was waiting to write a review because even just a month on these is not enough for hormonal problems and I wanted to get the full experience. I have been on them now I think almost 4 months and LOVE these. I genuinely think they are working for my PCOS/hormonal acne. It's not a cure by any means but I have seen a huge difference in my face, I feel a difference in my mood and my cycle is more regulated rather than skipping months and surprising me randomly. I looked through a lot of different ones and I think for the price, you cannot beat this one! I will warn that these pills are huge, I believe you can open them and mix them if need be incase you have issues with pills and swallowing, they also have a weird odor when you open them but it's a pill. It's not like you can taste it. These have helped so much and I recommend them to anyone who's even curious to just try it out.

This product is amazing. I have PCOS and sometimes have an irregular period. This has supported my reproductive health tremendously. My period has been regular since I started taking these. They are very easy to use, with the pills being regular capsule sized. I take 4 pills each morning after breakfast. I have not had any stomach issues. I wish these were cheaper, but they are worth the money.

For all the ladies who have PCOS, I 10/10 recommend this!!! I received the diagnosis last year after YEARS of crazy symptoms. I was put on Wegovy and later Zepbound. They helped my symptoms and I was actually able to lose weight and it stopped the fluctuating hormones, lowered my insulin level, and helped so much with food noise. However, my insurance no longer will approve them. I done research and found this product. I take 2 capsules after breakfast, and it is far better than either of the shots. I have more energy, it helps my sleep (I have severe insomnia), and it helps me to not gain 5 pounds overnight (if you know, you know). I wish I would have found this product sooner!

I will start by saying that I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens like a lot of other women and their first reaction was to put me on birth control. I never had the hair growth or struggle with weight like others did, but now that I am almost 30, I am noticing it's harder to lose the weight. I got this to see if I could take more steps to improving my own health along with diet and exercise. I am one of the people who did have the stomach issue side effect. It was slightly nausea, but also just some bloating feeling without actually being bloated, has and discomfort. I was taking all four pills in the morning on just a light breakfast, so I'm going to adjust that to see if it improves. I do really enjoy being on this supplement otherwise. I feel like it has regulated me a lot better, I have had less headaches, I feel more whole and my energy feels like it's more maintained throughout the day versus having such lows and highs.

I haven’t had a period for an unhealthy amount of months now, but I believe this product brought it back! I bought this 2 months ago, for the first month I wasn’t consistent with taking it, I would just take it here and there, but I locked in and finally started to take it everyday for about a full month. That’s when my oura ring + natural cycles app told me I ovulated (!!!!!) uhh I never/rarely ovulate even when I had a consistent period, I rarely got that notification so not only did this product give me my period back but it actually helped my body to ovulate (according to my apps)! - I bought the powder version of this bc if you have pcos you know how many pills we should be taking daily (i say should bc i don’t but know I should and will be soon lol) and I DID NOT want to add to that list and I think it’s the sole reason why I was able to be consistent with taking it bc it’s so easy to just dump it in your water and go. - the powder is so easy to use and it tastes like NOTHING, and dissolves quick! I drink it with room temp or ice cold water and you literally can’t taste it. - I just do two scoops in my Stanley cup and drink it all day. -I will be reordering soon but I plan to take it a full year so I’m excited to see what it’ll do for me. I know it was this product that helped me ovulate and bring my period back, before you think otherwise. I didn’t change anything in my diet, or daily life. All I added was this and I occasionally took a fish oil pill. I probably took that for 2 weeks straight MAYBE, mainly here and there.

Just started taking these so I’ll update once I’m doing the correct dose more consistently. I started with 2 pills a day instead of 4 since sometimes I don’t eat my first meal until noon and I was afraid to take it without food due to side effects but since I’m back on my regular eating schedule i have been taking them twice a day with meals. I’ll check back in about 2 weeks to see if I can update on any changes I feel. So far I took my first two without a meal and I have a sensitive stomach so that didn’t feel great but since taking them with meals I’ve had no side effects and they’re easy to swallow. Good value for money.

I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!
