Product works very well for helping boost energy, testosterone levels and Libido in men. I’ve only been taking for 2 weeks now and can already feel the effects I can only imagine what it is going to be like at the 3 month mark! I switched this out for my morning multivitamin and have never felt better at 25. The ashwagandha works within minutes for me and lasts all day during my 12 hour shifts from what I can tell. I take both in the morning as soon as I get up and the taste is amazing for being all natural, I am very impressed with the quality of this product and the Black Musil and Ashwagandha being mixed in with shilajit, yeah this is the best Shilajit product on the market for sure. If you’re on the fence like I was, just go for it! You will not regret it!

Tamarine taste
I dont know the real flavor of shilajit but when i taste this product, Its like a tamarine. I dont know if this is the taste of this prod coz if not then its effective.

I've been taking these Be Bodywise Shilajit Gummies for three weeks, and they've made a noticeable difference in my energy levels!
