These gummies are so nice. They offer such good ingredients that boost your energy level and improves your health benefits. They are easy to use. I just put the container next to my sink in the kitchen and when I wake up I open it take one packet out and rip it open. It tastes good and such a good size. Not to big and you just chew and go. my husband was interested in them and started using them too
