I purchased on October 6 2025, it crashed in December won’t turn on so I took it to Geek Squad who advised me to return it to sender, however I’ve not gotten a response from sender😤 now I’m Out of almost 300.00🤦🏾‍♀️

I needed a laptop so badly for an upcoming project, and I'm glad I landed on this. Although It's refurbished, it's in an excellent condition. It's very light to handle. The set up was so easy. It's speed and sleek. Moreover, I love the fact that's it's a touch screen with a good price. The only issue I have is the color, it differs a little from what is advertised. In all, I'm enjoying it.

Good Laptop. I have had no problems at all. My child takes it to school and it performs very well

So far its ok but gave me the wrong color even tho it never gave a choice of purple I ask for blue. I just returned last computer which was a mac book pro because they sent me a blown speaker and now I have this one and( for the ones questioning i always get the excellent brand new condition), remind you this a gift for my husband. He says he fine with it just wrap it. Also it feels small compared to my 15in. So it might be getting return we will see.
