I just received this item and it is gold and blue not silver and black like the picture shows! why?

I received a red and black brush, not silver and black like the picture showed.

What's the diameter of the core, not including the nylon bristles ?

This one is 1” in diameter without the bristles.

Under features & details of this vent brush tells me its a printer too and I can search the web. I'm not a genius but I think something is very wrong here...

I think you pressed the wrong bristle. No printer, but there might be a fax bristle and maybe a WiFi connect bristle. ;-)

My go-to brush

Perfect for blow drying and volumizing, a vented brush is the ideal compromise of a rounded brush and a paddle brush, and this one in particular is the best I have tried thus far. I keep one at work, one in my bag, and of course my main one for use in the morning. Keep in mind, ads the name suggests, this is an assorted color item, so do not expect to receive a black one like in the picture.

Conair makes great hair products. This vent brush didn't disappoint eiither.

Comfortable and easy to use. Great for blow drying and styling my extremely fine hair. Purchased over two years ago and I still use it. Holds up well to multiple uses daily. I will definitely buy this brush again.
