Twist face cap counterclockwise slightly to activate the safe off feature.

Does this light have a laser?

No. For lights with lasers, check out Streamlight's TLR-8 HL-X sub (red laser) and TLR-8 HL-X G sub (green laser).

How do I activate the strobe mode?

To enable strobe, starting from the “Off” position, tap either switch quickly 9 times and hold down on the 10th time. Hold the switch until the light turns off (about one second) which indicates it was successful. Repeat to disable strobe mode.
