I purchased this toy for myself, but it quickly became a favourite for the whole family! Despite being recommended for ages 6-12, my 2-year-old absolutely loves playing with it too! The car’s build quality is fantastic, and the gesture control system adds a whole new level of fun and excitement. The 360° rotation and stunts are mesmerizing, and the spray and light music features really add to the experience. This car has held up remarkably well through many a "rough and tumble" flip and bump, all within the limits appropriate, of course. Ages range from the young to teenagers that have played with this car and they have all enjoyed it. I recommend this car if you are looking for a fun gift for yourself or somebody else.

CONS: Battery. Gesture control. Turning.PROS: Color. Lights. Fog.Additional Thoughts: This is a really cool looking car, I love the paint job. The lights and fog are great. Controlling this car is a different story. The front wheels do not turn left or right independently of the front end, or with the front end. When you press left, the whole car crab walks left. Same with the right. This makes turning very different and strange. Maybe its not so bad after you get used to it, but until then, quite a learning curve. I tried driving this and playing 'tag' with a couple other people driving other RC cars and I was not able to get them and this was the faster car. The gesture control was about worthless for me but maybe I'm the wrong generation. Sure, I can make it move front/back/side but to effectively drive the car, it wasn't going to happen with the gesture control. With a press of a button, the cars mid section raises up, cold steam comes out and 'eyes' light up, which is really great looking at night. Unfortunately, the steam only goes for 5 or 10 seconds then turns off automatically. The car is rather heavy and durable which is good. Another negative, that I REALLY didn't like, was the battery has a different connector than all my other RC cars similar to this. That means, I can't use the other chargers/batteries for this car, even though they are using the same type of battery.LovingTheRetiredLife

Purchased for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. I had no idea how great this car was to play with for everyone. It goes forward, backwards, and sideways. It is fast moving and really fun.
