Great Neck Muscle Builder
Very well made and good price. I use a resistance tube around a pole and connect it to either the chain or the metal rings to work my neck in all directions (rather than just the "weight-pendulum view" shown in the ad). Very good for neck and upper back strengthening, plus improving neck flexibility. You can even use it for left and right neck rotations with a resistance tube.

With a few adjustments of the Velcro, this thing worked great for me on my workouts. I’d recommend.

Adjustable fit, sturdy construction, does the job it’s designed for.
Very comfortable fit and sturdy build. I had a spinal fusion a few years ago and had poor luck with the typical PT, this actually adds a great deal of strength to the neck muscles and it’s one of the best ways to reduce strain.

Not for tall people. Still decent however
Not terrible but not amazing. Definitely NOT made for taller people it seems like. I’m about 6’6 & it’s to small but I can make it work & still get a workout in.

Great product at a great price.
Works superbly well. Comfortable and easy to adjust. I try to spend an hour or two walking around with ten or fifteen pounds hanging from it. Doesn't cause hotspots or sore spots on my scalp or neck.

Turned Me Into a Cobra 🐍
Got that Mike Tyson action going. My girlfriend tells me I'm hissing in my sleep. Not sure what she's talking about, I'm enjoying my lovely dreams where I'm biting into rats and cowboy boots. Seriously though, awesome bit of kit. I have a huge head so I had to settle the score for the beacon beneath the pillar. Highly recommended.
