Instead of meat can I prepare this with lentils or other veggies?

I wouldnt use lentils, but veggies would work. But use chunky veg like coliflower etc.

Hi, add raw meat Directions Cooking Instruction (Serves 6-8): Pour in the Tean's Gourmet Paste For Rendang (Meat) and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Heat up, stir and bring to a boil Add in 1.3 kg chicken/beef/mutton meat and stir fry slowly for about 10 minutes. Pour 400 ml water and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add in 150 ml thick coconut milk and bring to a boil. Once the gravy starts thickening, add in 30 g fried desiccated coconut and stir for 3 minutes. Serve hot.

do i use the entire packet of the dry curry paste on a meal for two ?. thanks.

I make up batch for 4 people with half and put other half in freezer till next cook but I don't want my curry too hot. Best to try half and add for personal taste. Hope this helps
