These really do help relieve gallbladder/upper right quadrant pain. I've tried various things, including chanca piedra, but i think it depends on what the junk is made of. These work the best for me. I also like to drink/take a citrate compound like potassium or magnesium to help relax the smooth muscles if I'm having an attack. Note that the oils inside can be a little strong on the esophagus if you're prone to burping. I actually take them during a meal and a couple hours later things start gurgling if there is some blockage down there on my right side.

I have been using these for years! I have a slow gallbladder which gets a little irritated if I overindulge in greasy foods. Just take two of these two hours before or when I feel a little bother and everything is back to normal.
