Waste. does not remove any starch
Dont buy. The water collected is not starch water and better off boiling the rice.

Not working properly.
The handle of the item is getting obstructed at the surface of lower vessel and the base is not touching the bottom of 3L Prestige pressure cooker. The handle is causing leakage from rubber ring. Now not convenient to use the vessel in the cooker.
