Worst machine ever. Uses samsung lg ifb before this time i was trying whirlpool and now no option left except regret. 1. Not disolving powder into water. In which cloth powder will drop Always it will be there only after complete cycle. 2. Not having control to manual selecting wash cycle for better wash even heavy duty prorgram will have total timer of 1.5 hr max in which 20 mints uses for soak and washing both rest of the time it uses for rinse and dry how it will clean the cloth you can assume. Many other flaws in it better to go for other brand except whirlpool or regret after buying. Resr you wish.

We got it delivered by promised time. The features are good. Performance is also good. Cleans dress well. The guidelines provided with the machine is easy to understand. Please note that it needs 16A plug point due to inbuilt water heater. Also note installation service dies it promptly, if you inform them personally. Otherwise it may be delayed.
