Die VELOMIX Proteinshaker machen insgesamt einen soliden Eindruck und sind mit 600 ml für meine üblichen Proteinshakes ausreichend groß. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass direkt zwei Shaker im Set enthalten sind, sodass immer einer als Ersatz zur Verfügung steht oder man zwei Getränke vorbereiten kann. Der Drehverschluss lässt sich unkompliziert öffnen und schließen und hält bei korrektem Verschließen zuverlässig dicht. Beim Transport in der Sporttasche hatte ich bisher keine Probleme mit auslaufender Flüssigkeit, achte allerdings immer darauf, dass Deckel und Gewinde sauber aufeinander sitzen.Die mitgelieferten Kugeln helfen beim Vermischen von Proteinpulver und Flüssigkeit und reduzieren die sonst häufig entstehenden Klumpen deutlich. Bei normalen Proteinshakes funktioniert das sehr gut, bei besonders dickflüssigen Mischungen muss man entsprechend länger und kräftiger schütteln. Die große Öffnung erleichtert das Einfüllen von Pulver und auch die Reinigung ist dadurch vergleichsweise unkompliziert.
