Good Purchase
Product came in good packaging, has a nice carrying case, and works as advertised. During initial set up you may need to wait a few moments for the Bluetooth to connect to the phone. The machine would also turn off and lose connection with the phone before you could finish setting up a user. Make sure to hit a button to keep it on/active while you’re inputting the info. Initial setup and syncing with the phone for two users was overall easy and only took a couple of minutes. It’s worked great since, and I like that my husband and I can easily use the same machine without our readings getting mixed together. There’s an option to have it permanently plugged into the wall and not use batteries if preferred; it comes with a micro USB-B to USB-A cable but not the AC adapter to plug the USB-A side into the wall, but those adapters are inexpensive. I previously had a blood pressure machine I used daily that worked on batteries for at least two years without issue; I’m hoping for the same with the Renpho one. I am happy with the purchase.

Convenient device that integrates into the Renpho software suite
The RENPHO Blood Pressure Monitor is a fantastic addition to my health monitoring tools, and the fact that I was able to use my HSA to purchase it made it an even better value. It’s a great use of those funds for anyone looking to invest in at-home health devices. Having already owned the RENPHO fat monitoring scale, I was enticed to add their blood pressure monitor that integrates seamlessly into the same software ecosystem. This integration simplifies tracking and equipment setup. The device itself is of excellent quality, featuring a sturdy and powerful cuff that feels reliable and durable. The included instructions could use a little more clarity, but they’re not overly difficult to follow. With a bit of patience, most users should be able to set up the device for monitoring without much trouble. A standout feature of this monitor is its integration with Apple Health. Syncing data is simple and makes it easy to track trends over time directly from the app. While I use Apple Health, I assume it likely integrates just as well with Android’s comparable health platforms, though I haven’t tested this myself. While the monitor seems reliable, I can’t definitively confirm its accuracy. I own another blood pressure monitor that measures from the wrist, but this isn’t an ideal comparison since wrist-based monitors are often less accurate than arm-based ones. That said, the readings appear consistent, which inspires confidence in the device. The RENPHO Blood Pressure Monitor is an excellent tool for extending blood pressure monitoring beyond the clinic or doctor’s office. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, connected at-home solution.

Good Blood Pressure Monitor works great!
Excellent unit. Purchased to replace 15 year old heavy and bulky unit. Bought for my mother who takes BP meds. She wanted something small to put in her purse. Provides quick and easy measurement. Easy to use and easy to read.

Great for tracking BP over time. Some connectivity issues.
For those using other Renpho devices, this makes a great addition for those who are wanting to be more health conscious. The physical device itself is a very nice looking, simplistic design. It comes with a high quality velcro BP cuff with what I'm assuming is a proprietary connector to insert into the base. The base runs on batteries and my wife and I have been using at least once daily, each, for weeks and have not had to replace them. Multiple profiles can be set up on the base and are easy to toggle between when powering on the device. The device also retains a large history of BP measurements. This is especially helpful given that the bluetooth connection to a phone can often be spotty (docked a star for this). The Renpho app can record BP and heart rate measurement history over time and can help you identify trends. Additionally, the app is able to inform you if an irregular heartbeat was detected while taking a measurement. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Compact for storage or travel and easily connected with the smart phone app for record keeping.
The Renpho Smart Blood Pressure Monitor is very compact making it easy to store or travel with. I keep this, and my oximeter, and thermometer close when I’m lounging on the couch at home. I am hypertensive and need to monitor my blood pressure regularly as well as my other vitals. I like the features of the Renpho app and am considering getting their smart ring to monitor my O2. I wish they offered a fingertip sensor instead as well as a digital smart thermometer that could connect to the app. It would make it easier to share the data records with my physician. I did get their smart measuring tape and smart body scale. Those also connect to the app and help me monitor my weight and body mass.

Glad I bought this
This is a good monitor. It’s easy to use, I find it to be accurate, and the data organization is excellent.

Don't buy it. Just don't and save yourself the headache
I bought the Bluetooth version of this BP cuff so it could communicate to my phone and automatically log my BP in their app. Unfortunately, I'm not at all impressed with their app. The Renpho Health app is very basic and simple and only shows one graph of your BP numbers. It is also very slow to sync the data. I've found that even though my cuff can communicate with the app, I'm still using "Blood Pressure-MyDiary" app to manually record my BP so I can see the data in various different forms to help me better see what's going on. The RenphoHealth app really should offer more (the other app has 5 different graphs to help you see what your BP is doing and where it falls as well as analytics and a summary). And even though I have the Renpho scale on the same app, there is nothing on the app that compares and shows my weight with my BP together - another thing I use the other app to do. It also appears that this cuff goes through batteries pretty quickly. If you're really interested in seeing what's going on with your BP to make adjustments in health/exercise/diet/weight, I'm not sure I would recommend paying for this Bluetooth cuff or downloading their app - you're just as good getting the basic cuff and paying less. If you're interested in more data presentation, then download the free app like the one I mentioned above and enter your numbers manually. Update: only a few weeks in and this cuff has stopped communicating/syncing with the app on my phone (although the weight scale continues to sync). Frustrating for sure. Downgraded to 1 star Second update: I can't login to the app so I try resetting my password. Now it looks like I'm creating a new account, inputting all my data again and fear I have lost all my data from the last couple months. HORRIBLE app, terrible customer service (no response to my emails for support). I do not recommend.
