The Philips Electronic Fingerprint Lock Set has been a fantastic upgrade for our front door! The design looks sleek and modern, and the two matching lever handles give it a high-end feel. Setup was surprisingly easy, and the fingerprint sensor works quickly and accurately — no more fumbling for keys! I love that it offers multiple ways to unlock (fingerprint, code, or key), which makes it super convenient for family and guests. The build quality feels solid and secure, and the keypad lights up nicely at night. It’s also great knowing we can control access without needing physical keys — perfect for busy households. Overall, this lock combines great security, style, and convenience. Definitely worth it!

Attractive, easy to install, set up and use.

This was is decent quality lock for the money. It includes two very solid handles. The look is stylish, and the exterior construction is solid. The interior construction feels cheap (it's plastic). There is some play in the plastic knob to turn the deadbolt. The cover interior cover attaches with plastic clips to a metal plate. It feels like those clips are not very strong. The interface is GREAT. Easy to set up.. Easy to add fingerprints and codes. Looks awesome on the door. It's not a Schlage, but for the cost, it's a nice door lock.

I’ve been slowly remodeling and after painting the door I thought a new handle would make it look better. I debated a few different locks before getting this one and I’m so glad I did. It doesn’t connect to WiFi which I wanted but still looks very modern and sleek. It’s good quality and it was pretty easy to install. The cord was a bit finicky to get right but I managed. The fingerprint recognition works surprisingly well.

The lock is nice and the customer service is responsive during weekday hrs. The app could be better with more useful features. Installation instructions we ok as well.

I received excellent customer service from Carla regarding the warranty and replacement of my door lock! We love how easy the lock is to work, especially the auto lock.

It was easy to install and looks great

Aweful product. When touch screen doesn't work: when pressing one digit, it either doesn't respond or suddenly come two digitals. You can't control the digital you are inputting and basically make the digital functionality very hard to use.
