PYLE 50W Megaphone Speaker PA Bullhorn - Built-in Siren, Adjustable Volume Control, 35mm Aux Input, 1554 Meters Range, Perfect for Sports Events, Emergency Drills, and Outdoor Activities, Black

I bought this megaphone to ensure I could be heard at a protest. It worked fabulously! The audio quality was such that I could clearly be understood even at a distance, and I really appreciate that it comes with a shoulder strap and removable mic so that I don't have to keep holding it up in front of my face all day. It does use a lot of C cell batteries, though, so be aware of that--batteries have gotten expensive so if you intend to make regular use of this thing (for instance, coaches and set directors) you should invest in some rechargeable batteries. Overall, love this thing!

Works great siren mode is incredibly loud. Comes through loud and clear and good value.

I needed this for an event. It worked perfectly. It was loud and ligh5 weight.

At first I didn't think this thing worked with the microphone but it has a few seconds delay and you have to take it off the holder and keep it as far as you can from the unit or it will make that horrible back screeching sound other than that and the fact you gotta spend almost what the unit costs to power it (8 C batts) it works really well and loud as anyone would want it to be but bc of no rechargeable option forcing to buy the 8 C's unit is a lot of fun ....

After shouting into an underpowered megaphone for the last 6 years to guide my marching band in our parade and field practices (or destroying my voice not using any amplification!), I finally sprung for an upgrade! This was very reasonably priced, and I didn't quite believe it would meet my needs, but I had to try it. It has been awesome so far! Sound quality is so-so, but it's very understandable as I'm teaching a halftime show to my 50-member high school band from up by the press box. When I call "Stop Stop Stop!," they actually hear me and stop! It's loud enough I can hear the echo off the opposing hillside that's about 150 yards away. Definitely a big upgrade. I've also used the aux port to plug in a metronome to help them feel the tempo. Considering a second one so I can have someone run that metronome from the field while I'm up top.

I purchased this megaphone because I currently have a Pyle megaphone that is close to 12 years old and I wanted a second one. The older unit works fine, year in and year out never any issues. I purchased this for our church teen camp that we put on each year. I purchased it in May 2024, received it, put the batteries in and tried it out. It worked great, all was well or so I thought. Now fast forward to the week of July 22, 2024. On our very first attempt to use it I pulled the trigger and nothing. I tried the button on the mic and nothing. Replaced the batteries and still nothing. After removing the batteries I found that the spring battery contacts on the inside were pushed down and inside the “horn”. I removed one screw and found the plastic piece that holds the contacts was held in place by two small pieces of plastic that could not hold the force of 8 C batteries. This thing is useless now and beyond my return date. This unit is not up to par and failed before its first real use. Do as you will, but I suggest searching elsewhere as this is not a reliable product.

Increíble se escucha súper alto .. y súper cómodo de llevar ..

I really enjoy this megaphone, and it is a high quality product. I didn't know what to expect buying a used one, but even so, I wasn't disappointed. The sound quality is nice, and has little distortion. However, don't expect the mp3s played through it to sound amazing. That being said, it can play mp3s! That's awesome in and of itself. I do find it somewhat annoying that the siren button is on the same switch as the on/off, as I accidentally set it off every now and then. (Just a warning, the siren is rather loud hahaha) The megaphone takes eight C batteries, which is somewhat hefty, so I frequently shut it off between uses. If you plan on doing this, just know that after you turn it on, there is a slight delay before it will make noise. Also, the handheld mouthpiece takes a little bit of force to remove, so don't be alarmed. You won't break it when you yank on it! (I don't know if they're all like this, but if so, I just like to think of it as being secure.) Overall, the quality is great, and I'm happy with my purchase. If you're looking into buying a megaphone, this one is a good choice!
