So far, so good!
Been using for about 4 months now. Easy to swallow with a glass of water, no aftertaste, no indigestion. Seems to be helping with my blood pressure, as I’ve better results. Of course, eating properly, exercise and lowering stress goes a long way. A good alternative to the chewable beets.

my doctor said these were the best....
My doctor recommended these to me an said these are these best to get...specifically this brand! Now you with this brand you do need to take 3 capsules a day to get the full dose.....but the capsules aren't as big as those of the last brand I tried- those were horse pills, SERIOUSLY!!! they were HUGE!!! and with how many pills I already take choking down those things was a chore with effort, ugh! these- easy peesy and it's good for your blood
