Relieves my stress
I can take this in the morning and it takes the edge off my stress without drowsiness. I know when it kicks in because I can breathe. I don't realize I'm taking shallow breaths until ... ah!

Great quality
Natural supplement with trustworthy ingredients for a reasonable price. Kanna supplements are far more expensive in local stores, and the quality of this product far outweighs that of competitor brands. Easy to use with simple, clear instructions.

Not fermented
I messaged the manufacturers and this extract is not fermented, which means it is likely to contain more oxalates and impurities. I will say, however, that it has still been quite effective and I appreciate that the percent of alkaloids is listed, which indicates purity testing.

Did nothing, and it isn't even a viable dose anyways
Totally ineffective for me and my peen. Even working up to 5x+ the dosage, nothing. I do not know if this is the fault of the dosage, or if it's the ingredients, but it was a waste for me. I have severe anxiety and depression and can usually notice if something were to be helpful, but here. It's worth the try if you like kanna and you think it's worth ~$9 to test a good quick kanna capsule to supplement your other kanna doses (or potentiate them), but I think that's just me still being hopeful that this would work for someone as it's a decent price and pulls size. Too many of these damn pills are 0, 00, or even 000 sized capsules when the active ingredients listed are low enough that they could have fit in one 1 sized capsules instead of 2 00 sized capsules.

Seems to mellow me out I take it if I think I'm going to have a stressful day , I think it may work as good as ashugunda for me.
