Pink Heart Jam beat, Vol. 1

Came on time and perfect condition wrapped. Love this author and love this series. Great continuation from the earlier volumes. Since they are an established couple now we get to see them be more lovey dovey together.

Arrived one day earlier than scheduled and in a good condition. The story is well-written and heart-stirring. I don’t want to spoilt the story to others but I am so glad about the ending part.

Will probably always think the author saw Haikyuu!! and was like let me draw a Kozume Kenma but in college, lol. Regardless, Kanea is a good character design and easily commands and demands attention from just the cover alone. Haiga is quite the looker as well even, as expressed by the characters in the manga, able to have both guys and girls confess to him from his looks alone. His personality helps with that as he's always willing to help everyone out, which has the unfortunate thing of making one of the characters fall for him. Fortunately, he's really dense and doesn't get it even though everyone else does. That is all to say, while the plot isn't anything extraordinary, it does has some elements that make it interesting. Haiga, the country kid who comes to school in the big city, basically falls in love at first sight at the attractive musician Kanae, wanting to get closer continues to meet him at his part time job, which is working at a Box Health place. Multiple experiences leads to a growing interest in each other, and a statement on exploring one's sexuality is made, which all leads to the defining moment in this volume, how they interact and feel for each other when they are in unknown territory, an off sight lodge for a camping bonding experience for the band members. The character dynamic as well as Haiga's feelings for Kanae (that he cant quite name), and Kanae finally finding that someone he's always been searching for but doesn't know if he wants to take that leap, is very interesting. Additionally, I like how it uses a classic setting for the genre, but uses it for character growth while not making it out to be all for the reason of making this a spicy thing. The manga stays focused on only its main couple, and there aren't any side couples, which is to its advantage. It stays focused in its 170 pages. Bonuses included a color page.

So the book is pretty good I will say the pacing is a bit slow to me personally, so I did take a break in the middle of the book.

An amazingly sweet story of two college kids falling in love and working their way as adults of the world.

I've been following the Pink Heart Jam series for years. I love the characters and the realistic and cozy feelings of their interactions with one another. This continuation of their story was such a pleasure to read! Shiike is such an amazing artist and wonderful storyteller! <3

I love me some yaoi but this is so hot. Please make a volume 3!!!!
