nothing but problems since I bought it
I have used Doogee for several years now and thought this would be an upgrade when I bought it a couple years ago. I dropped the phone once, face up, but the screen still cracked and chipped on two corners- even with the screen protector film on it. The camera does not pick up details making online deposits extremely frustrating. The battery is so huge that it interferes with cell signals causing echoes that both you and the person on the other end hears; VERY disorienting. I tried to contact Doogee, and NOTHING. Their web page suggests to turn off noise canceling option on the phone- something that I or the internet can't seem to find. Also, their web site did not even list this phone model at the time I was looking for help. The biometric pad stopped working suddenly and I was not able to open my phone- and even a factory reset did not solve the issue. I had to reinstall all my apps and info for no reason. The phone is very heavy (1.25lbs) but I got used to it- no worries there. Bluetooth is very weak and connections drop/reconnect all the time. I think that this was a rushed model that did not have Android 15- even though it was available. In all cases, I think that the S96 PRO was a far superior model that this one replaced. I will be moving on from Doogee because of my experience with this phone model and the lack of support from the manufacturer.

Works Great On T-mob, can't find holsters
This phone is a great rugged phone, that being said it's a big heavy beast that takes some getting use too. Has every feature I was looking for, finger print, programmable side button, loud front facing stereo speakers, and a mega battery. It also came with pre-installed screen protector and an extra one in the box, very nice! My only issue is I can't find a horizontal belt clip holster for it (It's sooo BIG!). Any help would be great!!

The phone is really heavy. It is a rugged phones but didn't realize it would be so heavy
