The Balsam Hill Silverado Slim Christmas tree exceeded expectations. The shape is elegant and perfect for tighter spaces, while still looking full and well balanced. The realism is what stands out most. The branches, color, and overall structure give it a very natural look, much closer to a real tree than most artificial options I have seen. Setup was straightforward, and the quality is noticeable right away. It worked perfectly for my space and completely elevated the look of the room for the holidays. If you are looking for a slim profile tree without compromising on appearance, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

After 11 years of wrestling with the cheap, shedding tree I bought my first year with a real job, I finally upgraded and got this one! My husband is a fan of the look of real trees but not the hassle of dealing with them, so he was also pleased with the tree. It’s super easy to set up, and it doesn’t take much to make it look pretty real. We went with the unlit version because I know so many people who say the lights die after a few years, and at this price point, I want something that will last. We don’t have a ton of space for a tree in our house, so the slimmer size was perfect. It still felt perfect for the space and looked realistic. I would absolutely recommend this tree to others!

I purchased this tree expecting the full, high-quality appearance shown in the listing. What I received was noticeably sparse, with significant gaps that extensive fluffing (more than 1 hour) could not fix. I contacted Balsam Hill about returning it a week or so after the return window ended. They told me I could return it and sent instructions. Unfortunately, those instructions did not work because the return window was already closed. I then spent multiple phone calls with Amazon trying to get the return processed. Amazon contacted Balsam Hill multiple times, and after all of that effort, Balsam Hill ultimately refused the return because it was past 30 days. My biggest issue is not simply the return policy. It is that Balsam Hill told me the return was approved and then later refused to honor that approval. However, a 30 day return policy on a Christmas tree bought in July seems ridiculous. Who sets up a tree in the summer? I only set mine up in early September because I wanted to decorate for Halloween. For such an expensive tree and a supposedly premium brand, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I would not purchase from Balsam Hill again. If I could give this zero stars I would. I recommend buying a tree you can see in person and validate that it’s a quality product. Trust me, this one is NOT a quality product worth the price and the hassle of returning.

This tree isn’t worth the money. It’s not as pictured. It’s extremely sparse even after an hour of fluffing. You can see right through to the pole in the center.
