Great product, AMAZING customer service!
So right off the bat, I LOVE the Open EarRings. I have never liked the earbuds that go into your ear, and when every company moved to have that little silicone plug, I tried most brands until I evenetually I switched back to over-ear headphones. But my sister actually bought a big brand model of the open ear headphones and said that she really like them so I did some digging and found out that Tozo makes some too. I've gone with Tozo before for earbuds and I appreciated the app that allows you to equalize the sound personally and even locate the earbuds with some of their newer models, so I decided to give the Open EarRings a try too and I fell in love! Not only does it NOT go into my ear, but they are so light. My ears are very sensitive, which is probably why I don't like earbuds, but since it doesn't even touch my ear canal, it doesn't bother me at all! And I've gone whole days with them on because I forget they're even there with how light they are. Not only that, but the sound is incredible. I still don't fully understand how they work... I guess it just "shoots the sound" into your ear, but I also noticed that somehow no one else can hear what I'm listening to. I bragged about them so much that I ended up buying my dad a pair for father's day and then I convinced my other friend to buy some too and they've also told me how much they like them! Now, I will say that the right EarRing stopped working out of nowhere and just doesn't produce sound anymore, but I use them so often now that I probably damaged them somehow or maybe even overused them so quickly. I am not even lying when I say that I use them everyday at work and for the entire day. And they last the entire 8 hours of my shift! Technically 9 because of course I use them during my lunch hour. But I'm allowed to because of the open ear feature that is even better than ambient sound because it actually just let's me hear what's going on around me instead of filtering the sound through. My over-ear headphones have the ambient sound feature and for some reason some sounds come in slightly staticky. Likely also due to overuse, but that's not a worry here! And lastly, I would have originally made this review a 4/5 star review because one of the EarRings stopped working, but I reached out to Tozo and not only did the customer support rep reply within the hour, but it was on a Saturday (and to be honest, probably really early in the am) and she was so helpful and patient while walking me through the troubleshooting steps and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Lilac. If I'm being 100% honest, I don't care much for the touch sensors that replace buttons being placed on the back of the EarRing (the part that magnetizes to the back of the ear), and if I turned too far for too long the "long press" would activate, I guess on my neck. But I actually just went in to the Tozo app and just disabled that feature and I haven't had any issues since. I do appreciate being able to just tap my ear and pause my video whenever needed, it makes it a lot more efficient than having to open my phone, tapping to pull up the streaming bar, and then pressing pause. Overall, for this price, this quality, and this customer service, I can't give it less than all 5 stars. I will definitely be relying on this company for future audio hardware needs!

Better than expected!
I have small ears and lose most earbuds quickly. 2 days before vacation I was faced with the choice of replacing my 3rd single Beats Fit Pro earbud within a year (torn wing tip flap this time), or trying something new. An AI search recommended this style and TOZO had decent reviews so I ordered for same day delivery and I'm really pleased. 4 days into vacation and they are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them, sound quality is good, and open ear style means I can hear what's going on around me. They came 99% charged and recharge in the case quickly. All for a fraction of the cost of my Beats. Highly recommend!

Perfect for me
These are great! Music is pretty clear, bass sounds good, and the app has an equalizer which is nice. They feel secure like they will not come off. I bought these to wear to work because every single other earbud I’ve ever used in my life is too big and constantly slides out, and these cannot fall off so they’re perfect for work. People say you can still hear your surroundings but that’s only true if the volume is pretty low, like 30% or less. I also sleep with these in, but I don’t recommend it. It’s a little un-comfy if you sleep on your side and I think doing that will eventually break the loop part which I assume houses the wires. If that happens tho I’ll just buy another pair bc these are awesome. I did take a star away for comfort, bc I have small ears and the speaker part hurts after extended use. I think if they made it smaller it would affect the sound so I understand if that’s not achievable but I wish it were a tapered shape so it didn’t hurt after extended wear. The battery is good, I didn’t have to charge them for like 10 hours, they lasted my whole shift. The case seems like it will only hold about 2-3 full charges though. And the battery indicator is handy to have. I had no issues with connection, however the touch part of the earbuds is impractical and awkward to use so I have to keep my phone on me to pause and unpause. Overall I love these and they’re the best ear buds I’ve had as far as secure fit. My JBLs have slightly crispier sound but they consistently fall out, therefore these are the best pick for me. And with the equalizer I got pretty close to how I wanted my music to sound! I love these and would buy them again and I may purchase some as gifts in the future :D

Great for small ears!
I have small ears and went through several clip-on open ear headphones like these that were all too big. These fit comfortably and the sound is great compared to other brands. With some EQ adjustment via the TOZO app it almost sounds like you're just wearing normal earbuds/headphones. For my first day using them, they lasted about 7 hours (1 hour of which they were on with nothing playing, so probably closer to 6 hours of actual playtime). Charging them back to full in the case took about 90 minutes and brought the case from 100% down to 61%, so you can expect to get 2 and a half full charges out of the case alone. If you need longer continuous play, you could charge one while using the other. Connectivity has been fine; there is the occasional weird audio glitch when connecting and disconnecting other bluetooth devices, such as a mouse and keyboard, but it's very small and brief, definitely not a big problem. My only other complaint is that it seems you can't adjust the volume with them; you have to do it on your device (single-tap answers calls, double-tap is play/pause, triple-tap is skip). Overall I'm really happy with these. I do still prefer actual bone-conduction headphones over these in terms of open-ear listening, but they're basically just as good as my Shokz in terms of sound quality. Edit: After about a month of using these along with 3 other headsets/headphones (Corsair Virtuoso, Soundcore Life Q20+, and Shokz OpenMove), I prefer these overall. The sound quality is about on-par with the Soundcore and definitely better than the Shokz, although with the Shokz bone-conduction it is much easier to hear your surroundings over what you're playing; at least for me, the bone-conduction doesn't compete as much over ear-canal sound. Over-the-ear headphones still win for sound quality, of course, but these are almost as good; the bass is deep and the treble is crisp. The battery life is easily the worst of the 4, coming in at about 6 hours of continuous play vs. Shokz at 8+ hours and Corsair/Soundcore at 12+ hours. They do charge much faster than the rest however, and if you're popping them back in the case whenever you're not using them, even if it's just for a couple minutes, you can likely get a full day out of them. For comfort, it's no contest; these are the best. I forget I'm wearing them all the time, sometimes sending them flying by taking off my shirt or putting on a beanie. With my small ears, I will note that it feels like they're not as secure as they probably should be, I find myself adjusting them now and then to get the best sound quality since they tend to shift a bit. If you have normal/bigger ears this is probably a non-issue, though I can't speak from experience. For connectivity, they're decent. I haven't had any issues with them disconnecting or not pairing, even with switching between devices. I don't think there's a way to put them in pairing mode, but manually disconnecting them on one device and then connecting with another device works fine. The range is good; I can walk about 30ft away with 2 walls between me and my phone with no issues, although the latency is not great at any distance; you won't be able to play any rhythm games with these. They do have a "low latency" mode, but I didn't notice any difference with it on. Overall, if you need to be able to hear your surroundings but don't want to compromise sound quality, or if you just want something lightweight and can't stand earbuds, and you don't want to drop $100+, these are absolutely a great choice.

Comfortable and worth the price
I never knew that these kinds of earbuds existed before being recommended them by Amazon, but I'm glad I bought them. After a while, I don't even feel them on my ears after a bit and they have the benefit of not causing the earwax issues I can get with traditional earbuds. These have a very long battery life, 8 hours+ of consistent use, and for how they sit on your ear, they don't sound too bad. It isn't as good as some other earbuds I've had in the past, and far from the quality over the ear headphones typically have, but for something that allows for easy communication and listening to the outside with something playing, they're pretty good. I do wish the touch controls worked better than they do, I can't even pause the music 75% of the time, and there isn't any volume controls on the earbuds either. I haven't tested them really with a lot of head movement, but they don't really move around on their own so they could be good for exercising like running with minimal risk of them falling off

These are okay...
These earbuds are okay, and met my reasons for purchasing them. I've been a Tozo user for several years, and I've had good luck and bad. I wanted to try the open ear because I get horrible ear fatigue. Pros: Reduce ear fatigue - I can wear these for hours without any discomfort. It took me a while to get used to something around my ears, but eventually, I got to the point I forgot I was wearing them. I can bend and move however I need without feeling like they're going to fall off. Call quality - much better than the T12s I've been using. I've been able to carry on conversations without cutting out like I have with the others. Sound quality - I mainly use earbuds for audiobooks and calls. I have no complaints about the sound. My only issue is one of the reasons people want these; outside noises drown out the sound. Cons: Range - these do not have the range of the T12s. They start to cut out much sooner as I move around the house or the office. Connectivity - while these are easy to pair, I've been noticing the audio cutting out more; even within a few inches from my phone. Battery life - The buds: these do not live up to the description. I work between 8 and 12 hour days. I tend to use them most of that time. I've been getting the first warning chime for low battery after about 6 hours, with the second not much later. The case: it doesn't take long to get to fully charged, but when I dock the one I'm wearing, it brings the battery down to around 60%. That's one earbud after about 6 hours of use. Charging method - I love the T12s because I can put the case on the wireless charger and forget about it. This case must be charged using a cable. Touch controls - according to my kid, my ears don't stick out very far from my head. This seems to be part of the problem. It's very difficult for me to get to the part of the bud where the control is. Also, the taps are different than every other set I've owned, and the results are not consistent with the instructions. Sometimes they work as described, but it is really difficult for me.

My new favorite earbuds!
I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical, but decided to take a chance on his open-ear earbuds. I already have a couple of wireless earbuds at home that I love, but I was looking for another that I could wear/use during my high impact sports. The earbuds I already have our great, and I love them, but they don’t sit in my ear securely enough that I feel I can make quick pivots and jump and dive for the ball. After going through some of the reviews here, I decided these might be a good option and they are now my new favorites! They are very easy to use and hook up (so the instructions weren’t great). They’re very easy to carry around, as the case is about the same size as Apple AirPod Pros. I haven’t figured out all of the buttons associated with picking up/ending phone calls, but that’s not a big deal for me personally. They are quite durable, especially with me, wearing them for long periods of time daily in addition to using them during sports. Believe me, both my case, and my earbuds have both taken a fall once or twice and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would mention to any potential buyers is the sound- the sound quality is good, but because it is an open-ear earbud you may need to turn it up, louder than you would expect. It is easier if you’re wearing both earbuds at the same time rather than just one, but for me, especially during Sports, I do need to turn the volume up around 75% however, it does not in any way impact my being able to hear my teammates. Sometimes my Sports group can be stressful, so these are a great way for me to be able to stay in the game and play, well also providing a bit of comfort and mental relaxation listening to my music. These are 100% a 20 out of 10 and I highly, highly, highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a balanced earbud that allows you to escape into your own world, but still hear everything around you. I will be buying more of these.

I will definitely buy these again!
I bought these earbuds on Amazon last year. The small, rounded charging case was so cute, and I really liked the little screen on the outside that shows the battery levels of the earbuds. The sound was just as good as the reviews said, especially the bass. The microphone quality was also surprisingly clear during phone calls. After I lost one of the earbuds, I immediately bought another pair. And then yesterday, disaster happened: the earbuds and one of the earbuds accidentally went through both the washing machine and the dryer with my workout shorts. When I found them, they were still warm from the dryer sitting right in the palm of my hand. I thought, well, I guess it’s time to buy my third pair. The rounded charging case is actually very sturdy. I’ve accidentally dropped it several times, and despite the signs of everyday use, there are still no cracks or major damage. The build quality is excellent. Considering the price, I wouldn’t mind buying another pair. But I decided to wait one more day and give the surviving earbud a chance. I took it out of the case and left it separately on my desk to dry. Today, I put it back into the charging case, and to my absolute surprise, the screen showed that the earbud had about 50% battery left, while the charging case still had 72%! Seriously… what a miracle! After going through a full wash cycle AND the heat of a dryer, it still works. I’m genuinely impressed by the quality and durability of these earbuds. Highly recommended! Reliable quality and absolutely worth the price!

THE WAY FORWARD - a revolution in earphones
I LOVE THESE. WOW. so comfortable you forget you’re wearing them and the sound quality is incredible. As a musician, I am very critical of sound quality and usually find non apple earbuds or earphones a bit tinny. Ok for audible I guess but not good enough for music. I love hearing the bass whilst balancing the levels and hearing all the range of sounds and elements instruments/vocals etc. I refuse to pay £100s for apple earbuds and I cannot imagine they would better these. A great price and a quality product. I’ve had them nearly a week and rarely taken them off. I’m only just today recharging the pod they live in. I am amazed as I was a bit sceptical having always had the standard ear buds. Once you get used to putting them in differently they sit comfortably and lightly around the ear. They instantly connect and stay connected really well too - I can walk all around the house with my phone in one room. The touch functions work well. I have to say I prefer a button press as it can be easy to activate the wrong function by touch (with all touch function earbuds) but they seem a rarity so I have accepted the change. I tend to operate most functions from my phone anyway just using the pause / play (double tap) function when out walking or at the gym. They stay in place when I’m working out at the gym even when changing tops - A major benefit over traditional ones which are easily pulled off. You really do forget they are on as they feel so much more comfortable than the traditional bud style. I also prefer to be aware of my surroundings - these do not cancel out noise - I have headphones for that but still prefer these. I really cannot find fault so far. Early days but if they are still going strong in a few months I’ll update this review. 10 out of 10 so far. I’m so glad I tried something different. This is the next generation earphones at a price we can afford. Nice job TOZO !!

Immortal
Overall I am satisfied, they are cheap, so far they work well. I even tried using them when taking a shower and they survived. The only bad thing about them is that the buttons are a touch surface, not physical buttons, so droplets of water in a shower can pause music, which makes them very inconvenient to use in a shower. If not for the buttons, it would have been 5/5. Update after 1 year and 4 months: They are still working despite me heavily using them. I have dropped them a couple of times (two times on a staircase which made them jump for quite a while) and often used them when doing sports or when it is raining. They are still keeping charge very well (both the case and the headphones). The only issue I had so far is that these small meshes have fallen out on both ears, but I just glued them back. Update after 2.5 years: I feel like the base recently started losing charge more quickly, but it is still completely fine and easily holds for several days with rather heavy use in cold winter. The headphones themselves are working just fine. Update after >2.5 years: After washing one of the ear things, it lost a little bit of loudness. Not the end of the world, but annoying, so I will order a new pair of headphones. Overall, I feel like price/quality was fair for more than 2.5 years of using. Upd: never mind, I used pressurized air on it and it fixed the issues, I am back to using them no new headphones for me :( Update after almost 4 years: I changed the rating to 5/5. They are still working. The case has visibly lost battery capacity and the headphones sometimes loose connection with the case (and consequently connect to my phone which annoys me), but they are still going. For the amount of money I spent on them, this is an insane result. All headphones I have ever owned died after <1 years, this is insane to me that I have these for almost 4 years. When these guys die, my next pair of headphones will be Tozo, no doubt.

Buenos audifonos!
Me llegaron 1 día antes y todo en orden. De sonido me parece que están muy bien y de duración de batería también. El modelo me parece el más cómodo si usas lentes, y como yo, no soportas los que van dentro del oído. Muy buenos para uso en la oficina.
