What is the expiration date if i purchase now

Expiration is 11/17/21 for bags I bought about 3 months ago.

Please tell me how they are listed VEGAN yet in the Allergen section it says Eggs?!? Please advise where the eggs or egg products are used in this. Ty

There are no eggs listed in any of the 3 mixes I ordered. The cranberry Health Mix lists peanuts ( a common allergen)near bottom of the ingredient list , the others do not have peanuts. Allergy information states that they do process other items that might contain it eggs in their facility. .

I didn’t see anything that said gluten free.
