Just what I wanted
My wife had me get this and stop complaining about my old torque wrench. After it got here I tested it on various wheel nuts on my truck and trailer and I was impressed with it's ease of use and the positive click that I could hear and feel when torque setting was reached. It seems to be accurate and reliable. I had a special situation where I was using an extension to reach a nut. The manual gave a formula to adjust the setting to get the proper torque. I couldn't get it done myself, my math skills are so declined. A shout out to eTork came back with and answer. In addition I had an ace, my son is a Physicist and is excellent in math. His answer was exactly the same as given to me by eTork customer service. So, solid product that sure seems to be a quality build. Operates easily. Appears to be accurate. Excellent customer service. A manual that is clear and easy to read. Nice case to protect the wrench. I think I got an excellent product at a good price. Time will tell, but right now I am a happy camper.

Great wrench for the $
As an ex gear head I still know quality tools when I hold them. One thing is changed, I donโt need the most expensive stuff anymore that is guaranteed to take a lifetime of beating. As a casual wrencher I can choose more affordable tools for the job. This wrench however is quality at a quality price. What drew me to it was the indicator for the settings. Easy to read 100% satisfaction that you are on the right number. It comes in a nice box to store it in as well. I have a few torque wrenches in my shop but I got this one to keep in the trundle of my car so I could check the wheels every now and then when think of it. It suits this job perfect. Compared to my other wrenches it has the most satisfying โclickโ at the desired torque level. Itโs apparently rated to torque in the counter clockwise direction as well so thatโs good for left handed thread things if you ever find them. Do not mistake this feature as the ability to loosen or break loose things. This will certainly destroy any torque wrench. Great wrench! For the limited use it will have I know it will last my lifetime

Great value, good wrench
I bought this wrench in August of 2019 and have used it daily since then. It's easy to use and, checked against other torque wrenches, is acceptably accurate. I recently began having problems with the locking mechanism, however. Wrench still worked fine, but I could not lock it at a specified torque. I contacted the eTork company in Georgia and told them about the problem. Cliff responded promptly and said instead of repair, he would send me a new wrench. He did, wrench arrived when promised, and it was quick and painless. This, to me, is exceptional customer service, especially these days, and I wanted to give Cliff and eTork a shout-out for that. I recommend this wrench, it is a good wrench and a good value.

Pretty good value
In truth, I rarely need this class of torque wrench. But, when you get into that 55-60+ ft. lbs range you know you're dealing with some important components. This has a good heft to it, good length, and it feels solid. Kickout clicks are nice and loud, and it's got a good responsiveness; you can feel the kickout very directly. The adjustment window is easy to read. For the weekend warrior style mechanic this will probably serve you quite well. Longevity I can't really speak to since I use it so rarely. If feels like it's put together well... but I don't give it the kind of daily abuse that it would endure in a full on shop. For my use... I take care of it, keep it clean, and always remember to dial down. I've gotten a few years of reliable use out of it. I expect it has some more left.

Accurate and high quality.
This torque wrench is a hidden gem in a sea of tools. Nice quality materials, and some unique design features. First, it's accurate. Set torque in both directions (great for some lawnmower blades, tool spindles, etc). Handle is comfortable and sturdy, and handle design incorporates clear dial markings. Ratchet is smooth and solid. Very nice tool at excellent price. Comes with fitted case. I use mine to torque wheel lug nuts primarily, but anything within it's range. This is my second E Tork torque wrench. Five stars!

FEELS LIKE GREAT QUALITY!
Just got it today...I had already read the instructions that were emailed to me by a company exec. I scrolled it from the bottom to the top of the scale, testing the "push/pull" lock, everything worked smoothly. I took it out to the workshop, where my 2000 Mustang GT was awaiting patiently, and began the step by step process of tightening the main wheel bearing hubs to 220 ft/lbs. I started at 80 ft/lbs, click, then to 100, click, then to 150, click, then to 190, click, then took both nuts to 220 ft/lbs...click! I may have to tend to another couple of nuts later, we will see! This torque wrench worked perfectly! I unlocked and locked it each time with no issues. It's handle turned to the different settings smoothly and sharply. I then twisted the handle back down to the minimum setting and put it back in it's nice, solid, plastic case. The instructions and calibration certification were included in the case. I thought it odd that the label on the case is dark green with black writing, I could hardly read it. Not an issue, but...hmmm? Maybe a Chinese thing? The label says the wrench was designed in Roswell, GA., and assembled in China. If this wrench works this well, for this price...what's up with those other companies that make these? Bottom line...I'm very impressed! I don't work for this company, but, if the email I recieved before the wrench arrived, and the way it performed, are SOP for these guys, I'd like to be their Texas Rep!!! FIVE STARS BOYS!
