So convenient!
I've been using these magnesium patches for over a week now and the results have been fantastic! Rash and flimsy.
I got these to replace some other magnesium patches I was using, but these aren’t really that great. They’re so thin and flimsy they get stuck while you’re trying to put them on in weird ways cause they don’t lay flat and they also the glue adhesive gave me a sort of skin reaction rash that kinda won’t go away.

They really help
These really work. I buy them routinely. Sometimes my issues are worse and I'll use 2 patches, but 1 usually does the trick. The patches are not extra sticky. I like that, too.

It actually works!
I am 5 months pregnant and been using magnesium lotion as told by my doctor because I have legs cramping and it helps! I saw these magnesium patches and I just had to try! I am using it since 3 days in a row and impressed with this because it just works! No more applying lotion and massaging! I just apply one patch on each legs sometimes in morning and sometimes night time! You can do what works for you! No harm in trying! All the ingredients are natural they say!
