The TrailViber treadmill is very beneficial for beginners and (I believe) more than adequate for mid level walkers. Set up was a breeze and I was trying it out in minutes. The remote or app is necessary and an additional remote is included. The optional app is user friendly and offers more specific control than the remote, such as incremental speed control, as well as a variety of workouts with filters relating to length of walk, incline % and user ability, and my favorite which is the quick start option. The screen on the treadmill is illuminated well and the walk is smooth. The directions on use are very clear with information regarding when to oil the belt and make any corrections as needed. It does have Bluetooth connectivity for your phone which can be used for the app, your own music, or streaming if you wish. It also has a mute which is very much appreciated. The width and length of the walking area are great for me, 5’4”. My son, 5’11”, also has enough room to walk and do a slight jog at the highest speed, but it doesn’t go fast enough for him to run. Overall I’ve been very happy with my purchase. For reference, I only give 5 stars is if something cleans my house without me asking.

Received my initial walking pad missing a necessary piece for operation. I contacted support and let them know, they handled the matter very quickly and didn't make me jump through any hoops. Probably the best customer service I've received in a few years and they aren't even based in the US. The device itself has been absolutely amazing. A total tank of a treadmill still going strong with no weakness or other faults a year later. Bought a smaller model for my wife and it's also going strong. Not silent, but quiet. Has incline controls and a much better display than previous models. It is compact enough to fit in my closet upright when not in use. Feels very safe and not not jumpy. Very simple to use and can be used while working or gaming.

I ordered this TrailViber treadmill specifically because I was wanting to upgrade from my simple walking pad to one with an incline option. (I've been adding incline walking intervals to my lifting workouts several days a a week for some added cardio.) This TrailViber is such a great price for the quality! It is sturdy and solid without being too heavy to manage and move. Due to space constraints, I pull it out when I need it and then put it away each time, and it is so easy to do. The incline mechanism works perfectly and smoothly every time - and believe me, it really increases your heart rate. I usually only put it on level 5, and I am so glad when each three minute interval is up! Of course, you can customize it and do lower or higher - that's the beauty of it, you can truly customize your workout to suit your goals. I wrote the company after a slight vibration developed over a year after purchase, and they were wonderful - above and beyond. They sent a new treadmill out to me within four days with a lifetime warranty policy - and the treadmill is the newest model with the pause feature and better speaker/noise control. I am blown away at the level of customer service that TrailViber has shown. You truly can't beat it. If you're on the fence about investing in your health journey, I say go for it! The TrailViber is a quality product backed by the best warranty and customer service I have ever seen. Can't speak highly enough of this company.

The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
