Cooking Seafood

Every recipe I’ve tried has been good or very good. The photography is outstanding and the writing is clear with ingredients that are mostly easy to find. The ring binding lets the pages stay nicely flat for viewing while cooking. The only problem is that it does look like I am going to have to do a lot more fishing, and crabbing, and clamming!

Great book. I am a fan of these books by the Haugens. I buy as gifts to my less informed relatives. Keeps them from borrowing mine.

excellent cookbook

I love this book. If anyone should know how to cook shellfish, halibut, tuna, sturgeon, rockfish, trout, salmon and steelhead, it is Oregon's outdoor couple, Tiffany and Scott Haugen. Tiffany has become a familiar face at sportsmen's shows around the West. Here is her collection of their favorite recipes.
