These are awesome but a little bit heavy, so when you’re wearing them for a long period of time you have to keep adjusting, and that is problematic

The pads has nice quality. Not too thick yet not too slim. Problem is the size, if you got nothing on your back it won't make a difference. It's probably for those who wants to shape or add some layer to make it look better.
