These vapour shower tablets work well but they are very expensive.

Have had a nasty cold for a week or so and tried these as soon as they arrived.i put it under the spray of the shower, turn the water a little hotter than I would use and let it run to 'activate' the tablet for about 2 minutes.The release of the menthol was almost immediate once the water hit it. I let the steam build up a little before turning the temp down and showering.It was very refreshing and i felt a noticeable difference in my congestion while I was there, more so than I would usually get from hot water alone.The scent doesn't really linger. As soon as I turned off the water the menthol started to dissipate but with the door and window closed there is still a faint scent in the room.For reference I have a small glass cubicle shower with a door that fully closes, it's only open at the top, so it's likely this helps the product a lot as the steam is trapped in the cubicle.For the price it's well worth a try if you're struggling with congestion.The tablets are quite large and there was still about a third of the tablet left after a 10 minute shower, so you can either have a good long shower or have multiple uses with each tablet.

Nice lovely shower time

Bought these as the household has the dreaded cough and cold. To be honest I wasn’t impressed. Don’t last long, could barely smell anything, packaging poor quality. I thought they were expensive for the quality so was expecting abit more, a little disappointing I have to say.

Great tablet for the shower. Get the water a little hotter than normal and they dissolve better and with the water hotter produces better vapour in the steam

I like to try everything once and once it will be with these. I did as per instructions, run them under the hot shower stream and I waited, and waited and waited but it never desolved, it was like a rock. I take ages in the shower as I am disabled so it had plenty of time but it was still solid 20 minutes later and hardly any smell at all. I ended up breaking it with a hammer at the end and flushing it down the drain. total waste of money IMO.

Don’t waste your money. They do not work!!
