Easy to use, Great neutral color, shiny and soft hair
This is a great product. I had a hair dresser turned my hair brassy/red. I want to get back to a neutral base color. The color matched the box and the grey coverage was good. I will need to put a bit more around the temples so it gets full coverage there. Hair is happy and shiny.

So...I am a retired hairdresser. I bought another brand on a whim, meaning I rushed my.purchase. The color was apricot, as a child i was, as i grew up it was more red.
