This is a very good aebleskiver pan. Keep in mind it is small, the size of a small plate. Personally I like that because I can keep my eye on the balls so they don't burn. I used a regular size amount of oil on the pan and did not have a problem with dough sticking to the pan. No complaints.

I seasoned the pan first with flax oil before I used it. It made perfect blinis that flipped easily and slipped right out when done.

Great once you oil it down & heat it up in the oven etc. like any new cast iron pan. No complaints just FYI this is NOT A DEEP pan . You can make pancakes etc. but picture easy bake size cookies .. that will be the exact size of whatever you put inside each slot on the pan but still very good it works for me because I like to portion out my food at times

They mentioned its seasoned pan but the batter sticks to the pan and always getting burnt before cooking entire item and unable to turn upside down due to its sticking. Tried seasoning with oil multiple times. This product is a waste for money. Rust is started created from bottom even though cleaned and dried out.

Perfect for my grandmother’s recipe

I bought this to make swedish pancakes since I gave my original pan to one of my grandkids. It's not as nice as my original cast iron one was. And the seven sections are even smaller. I'm really disappointed in it.

Nicely seasoned. Very good size pan. Easy to use and clean. Bought as gift. They loved it.

My 78 y/o DH prefers dollar pancakes. I wanted a pan that didn't have any toxic nonstick coating. Cast iron is perfect and this little pan makes 7 perfect little pancakes at a time. It heats up quickly and evenly. When properly seasoned, cast iron is nonstick. This came well seasoned, so was ready to use right out of the box. I also use this pan to make eggs, and can even use it in the oven to make cookies that are perfectly round. Definitely glad I bought it.

Preseaoned cast iron pan. Works well for so many dishes. The pan is deep enough to make different recipes. 100% recommends. You can use for most deep fried Indian dishes like Appam, batetavada. Vada pav, etc. and make it with less oil.
