Nicely seasoned. Very good size pan. Easy to use and clean. Bought as gift. They loved it.

My 78 y/o DH prefers dollar pancakes. I wanted a pan that didn't have any toxic nonstick coating. Cast iron is perfect and this little pan makes 7 perfect little pancakes at a time. It heats up quickly and evenly. When properly seasoned, cast iron is nonstick. This came well seasoned, so was ready to use right out of the box. I also use this pan to make eggs, and can even use it in the oven to make cookies that are perfectly round. Definitely glad I bought it.

This was a disaster. I used to make these all the time but this pan would not release the skivers. I bought this because we got an induction cooktop so my old pan would not work. Need non stick.

The pan is solid and cooks well right out of the box (preseasoned) but the 9" pan and 2.5" pancakes are smaller than the standard 10" with 3" pancakes. I ordered the larger of the two offered sizes thinking this was standard. New pan on left of photo.

Good quality but diameter is small. Ordered 7” pan.

This little cast iron pan is amazing! I washed it and used a little oil and butter before I cooked Potato & Green Onion Aebleskiver. I had zero expectations as it was my first attempt at making them. No sticking. Turned easily. Delicious. Bought a kindle book. Highly recommended!

This pancake pan was perfect. It makes 2" silver dollar pancakes.My father missed having the tiny pancakes from his childhood and I was lucky enough to find this pan identical to his mother's here at Amazon. My wife had no problems making the tiny pancakes and my dad loved them.Don't look at the picture with eggs, those are quail eggs or something similarly small.

Its a good quality product.

The base of the product is not flat because of the pits, so placing in the glass stove is difficult and handle is very hot while cooking that is hard to handle. Otherwise a Very good product.

Preseaoned cast iron pan. Works well for so many dishes. The pan is deep enough to make different recipes. 100% recommends. You can use for most deep fried Indian dishes like Appam, batetavada. Vada pav, etc. and make it with less oil.
