Osho Gourishankar Meditation

Absolutely amazing, I enjoy practising weekly in the comforts of my own home and I invite friends to join in. I think this is must have for all for them to connect with their inner peace and enjoy life to the full. Thank you, Thank you Thank you.

One of Osho's more quiet meditations. In the first phase you make a breathing technique where you hold the breath both after in - and outbreath. The second phase you gaze at a candle (tratak)or a blinking blue light. In the third you let the body do its own movements (latihan). And in the fourth you lie down, leave the mind behind and enter into your true nature.The music by Deuter is deep and 'psychedelic'.Gourishankar is the Indian name for Mt. Everest,and it's said that you will be as high as that mountain if you do the breathing phase correctly. (I hasten to add I have not experienced that, yet at least, lol).
