The fit needs to be snug but not too tight. Also, to make sure of proper fit, wear the ring sizing ring at least 24 hours. Worth the $10.

Dont skip these. They're vital in determining not only size but also which finger you want the ring located. I originally wanted it on my pointer but after wearing this tester I realized it would only get in the way at work and also for whatever reason, my pointer finger would be more swollen every morning and ring would be stuck. The ring finger worked the best overall.

Within the 6 months of having this ring I’ve noticed that scratches have only really appeared where I hit my finger against my computer mouse at work. The rest of the ring looks great! I have some sleep and health issues so this tracking has immensely helped me find out what I need to adjust. Based on your sleep score, temperature, and heart rate, the app will let you know if something is going on - especially illnesses. It’ll let you know something minor is straining your body when you are going to be sick the following day, then show major signs when you’re actually sick, which gives great peace of mind. I also started a new medication and my general scores lately, along with other factors, have shown that I need to revisit this medication choice. I’ve also really enjoyed the cycle tracking while being off of birth control, this along with ovulation testing has been the best hormone free birth control. This has been the most accurate tracking and prediction I’ve had, in comparison to Flo and Stardust. These rings are amazing if you’re looking to have some motivation for activity, cycle tracking, sleep monitoring, and general peace of mind.

Gifted. Person thought it did help with determining size needed and getting use wearing it. Claim is that you get $10 credit when purchase the ring itself. Box even has a QR code to do so. Didn’t work to scan. Didn’t default when purchased either. Had to contact customer service, took quite a while. Rather a waste really, there is no use for the kit once you purchase the ring. Just wasted plastic.

Great sizing tool for Oura, and I think for general ring sizing too. The sizing ring is a little thinner than the ceramic version, but it’s a good tool for sizing and to make sure you choose the right finger.
