Wow! This product is amazing and so well constructed. I have a severe back curvature and this has been helpful in correcting my problem and easing my pain. The Velcro straps are so strong and can be adjusted to your comfort level. The extra support around the waist along with the removable back supports make this product both comfortable and washable! Works wonders!!!! I only wear it for about an hour a day (I really need to wear it more 😂), and I make sure I remember it when I’m sitting at my desk. Even with just that hour, I’ve already noticed an improvement. It’s comfortable, flexible and really easy to use. The metal plate gives great support without feeling harsh or overly rigid — it braces me upright while still giving me room to move. You can also adjust the support really easily with the Velcro: tighten it when you need more support, or loosen it when it starts feeling too much. Basically, you can choose the level of support depending on what you need that day.

This is just what I needed to gently help me straighten up my posture, when my back was killing me. I suffer from a bad back anyway, and often use another strap in back support too. But this one helps pull you back a bit more with the over shoulder straps, and keeps you straighter all day. Very soft thick fabric, that seems really strong. Its very comfortable to wear, and doesnt cause any pain. Gives a lot of relief too. Only minor winge is ... if you pull the velcro body straps and shoulder straps too tight around your waist, the plastic buckles that they pull through move into a vetical position, instead of staying horizontal like the should be. This results in the straps turning over a bit and becoming untidy and thinner than they should be. As they should really stay thick flat and neat around your waist, so you cant see them under clothes. Apart from that, a great support with some good strong bones in the back, to hold you in tight and firm.
