Not a great teaching tool but good for review if students already know most of the words. Could be used as an enrichment activity, especially for bright students who also struggle with recall.

This book is perfect for teaching yourself or children vocabulary brushup skills on prefixes and suffixes.

This is a great resource for teachers who work with middle school students to improve their reading skills. My students loved the book and the activities for prefixes and suffixes.

Using these with my 8th graders for vocabulary development.

I am using this with fifth graders. It is a nice resource but they used grey ink in some places which makes the copies hard to read.

I use this for my enrichment group. I don't like giving them worksheets, but this is a great book to teach the skills. There is a pre-test, lots of practice pages, a post test and a page helping you introduce the concept.

The packets are great but I felt that they were way too difficult for my students. I teach fourth grade in the Bronx and bought the book to supplement my curriculum. I was hoping to use the packets for homework and in-class work but for the level at which my students are currently at, they would be unable to complete the packets independently.
